FREE Service Officer Training at Stanwood American Legion
Have you ever been curious about what a Service Officer does for our Vets? Have you, as a veteran, ever wondered what benefits you earned for yourself and/or family?
If so, come to the free Service Officer training at the Stanwood American Legion Post 92 located at 26921 88 Ave NW, Stanwood, on March 22 and 23, 9am-4pm. Theresa Williams, a retired disabled veteran and an experienced veterans service officer, can provide a wealth of information.
This training session is offered to anyone interested in learning about the Service Office and the VA benefits programs. American Legion membership is not required.
Please call 360-629-8021 by March 20 to reserve your place at this training.
Coffee, water and breakfast snacks are provided. Lunch will be available for purchase or you can bring your own lunch or even go out to lunch.
Please bring a 2” binder to put paperwork into from the class.
