Health and Wellness classes - The 2nd Monday of the Month.
Each evening we will have a short lecture or film to give practical ways to boost our health and wellbeing on topics like Brain Health; Body Safety; Exercise; Home Canning/Preserving and more. Whole-food, plant based samples are provided each evening with recipes to take home. October's class - "Making Breads and Spreads".
