We do things a little different around here. We take care to be mindful of our great earth. Everything on your tray is composted after enjoying your meal. All take home packaging is biodegradable and sustainable. We compost around 800lb of waste weekly! We recycle, and our kitchen was designed energy efficient and is operated on the Full-use principal of minimizing waste. This is why Mammoth is Green!
Quality is our other passion. We only use premium products, which makes for a Better Burger. Our beef is from local farmers and is pasture raised and grass fed with humane and sustainable practices. Never given hormones or antibiotics. Sauces are handcrafted onsite. Fries are fresh cut daily and soaked in an ice cold brine before twice frying to ensure the best hand cut fries possible. Add to this our pursuit of excellence, community involvement and support, positive attitude, passion for family, and a touch of quirkiness, and you’ve got the Mammoth Recipe :)
What's the story with the name?
The name came from the idea of local. We wanted a name that was Pacific NW focused, and a concept with a fun twist to it. So was born Mammoth Burger Company with our Mammoth Burger.
